Corrosion protection is an underestimated problem, priority is not often given to it. However, experts in various fields of industry are often challenged by corrosion, and it is not always easy to find an adequate response.
Professional discussions consistently show that Russian industrial enterprises are constantly in need of solutions of all sizes in the field of corrosion protection, but not always they can get quick and timely support.
What is more, today due to the current political and foreign trade situation the existing established relations with suppliers of products and services to the Russian market may become broken, which, of course, complicates the work of the consumers. However, opportunities to find new markets arise from this crisis, primarily for Russian producers.
We invite producers and consumers meet in Moscow at the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre" on October 23-26, 2017, and get answers to their queries. These days, International exhibition on technologies, equipment and materials for corrosion protection "CORRUS 2017" will run for the third time in the framework of the exhibition "KHIMIA 2017".
International exhibition "Chemistry" is held every year. In 2016 it was held again for the 19th time, and celebrated its 51th anniversary. In 2015, it was attended by 394 company, it was visited by 16,410 people, 98% of whom were experts in their field.
"CORRUS 2017" - is a great opportunity for organizations engaged in applied research programs in the field of corrosion protection including those who offer ready-made solutions, to present their work to visitors of the exhibition "Chemistry 2017". An international conference "New Corrosion Protection Technologies in the Industry" will be held as a part of "CORRUS 2017".
The organizers of the salon and the conference are Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University), DECHEMA - Gesellschaft für Chemische Technik und Biotechnologie eV (German Society for Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology) and Expocentre Fairgrounds with the support of the European Federation of Corrosion and Division of Oil and Gas of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Due to its specialization, Gubkin University while forming the program and inviting listeners primarily refers to the energy sector, but the organisers are not limited to it, the work goes in all directions.
We also would like to mention that Chinese companies show high interest in promoting their products and services, and organizers expect to attract a large number of Chinese participants, including through DECHEMA network, this society is the organizer of the largest chemical exhibitions ACHEMA and AchemAsia, and has extensive contacts with scientific organizations and manufacturers in Europe and Asia.
